VIP Vision Care Program
If you would like to be a part of our practice but do not have any vision care insurance or your insurance does not include our practice, just inform your employer that you are interested in joining our VIP Vision Care Program. There is absolutely NO membership fee to you or your employer. Simply have your employer call our office at 239.437.2004 for more details. Members will receive the following information upon joining the plan:

• A welcome letter to the practice including a certification that you are part of the program
• Ongoing professional courtesies as listed below

The following professional courtesies are offered to you and your dependents once your employer signs up:

• 20% courtesy on all your eyewear needs (excluding Maui Jim and other non-prescription sunglasses)
• 10% courtesy on all your non-prescription sunglasses with ultraviolet coating (excluding Maui Jim brand)
• 10% courtesy on all your non-disposable contact lenses

Dr. David Dalesio began providing free eye exams to infants (aged 6 - 12 months) since the program's inception. Parents are always thrilled to know they are providing the best eye care to their infant at no cost to them.
